How do I order my HoopHeads and NetHeads?

First, ensure you provide us with your contact information so that we can connect you to a reseller in your region. Then the process is as easy as 1... 2... 3...

1) Select Your Net Color & Style

Ordering blank or custom HoopHeads or NetHeads is very simple. First, select your net color & style. The standard net color for the HoopHeads and NetHeads are white and black.  Any other net color is considered a custom order and your reseller will provide you with the available options. A pantone number is required for an exact color match. 

2) Select Your Band Color

Next, select your band color.  TheHoopHead.com provides you with a wide variety of band colors to choose from.  You can choose from white, black, navy blue, royal blue, red, purple, cardinal, burnt orange.  Any other band color is considered a custom order and your reseller will guide you through the process.  As with your net color selection a pantone number always ensures an excellent match.

3) Send Your Logo (Optional)

Last, your reseller will likely have the capabilities to provide you with a high quality silk screened or embroidered logo.  Simply email them your logo artwork as a vectored .ai or .eps file.  If you are unable to send your artwork in those file types, art conversion fees may apply.

Review and Approve Order Acknowledgment

Upon receiving your order, your reseller will e-mail you a copy of your order acknowledgment for approval. This paperwork must be approved before HoopHead fabrication can begin.  Custom orders are non-refundable and in some cases may require a 50% down payment.
